He is a founding partner of ALTERNA. is a real estate expert who has developed more than 350,000 m2 of industrial floor with budgets exceeding 150 million dollars over an 18-year career, mainly in the industrial markets in the center of the country. In addition to having successfully acquired more than 250 hectares of land for private funds with high standards and acquisition policies. His real estate experience also covers the development of housing and shopping centers, including Punto Atizapán, where ALTERNA carried out the negotiation with anchor stores, obtaining permits, licenses and feasibility, construction and marketing of premises. He is a graduate of the Universidad Iberoamericana where he completed a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning and a Diploma in Real Estate Development and Administration.
